2. Services Description

We provide troubleshooting, repair, inspections, assessments, and commissioning on both water and wastewater treatment systems. We also provide aftermarket sales and new equipment sales for said systems. Detailed scope, pricing, scheduling, and obligations are governed by separate written proposals, purchase orders, service agreements, or work orders ("Service Agreements") issued by us and accepted by you. In case of conflict, the Service Agreement prevails over these Terms.

3. Accounts and Registration

Certain Services may require creation of an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• Maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any breach of these Terms.
